Mission

We have a three-fold mission. It is:

1. To provide activities for the exploration and preservation of African cultures from around the world in the quest to bring about brotherhood and unity throughout the universe.

2. To help eradicate illiteracy and poverty through education

3. To encourage non – Africans to study the various African Cultures.

Strategy

To accomplish our mission the institute will do the following:

Scholars – in – Residence (volunteers are accepted at any time) These people are experts in their fields and have agreed to share their time, talent, and resources with us as consultants to organization.  Our volunteers are:

Annotated Bibliography will consist of a list of 100+ books that all persons of African descent and people interested in learning about Africa and its peoples should read. Recommendation of books to be included in the list comes from our scholars-in-residence, board members, the president and other who would like to submit a book for consideration.
